Who we are

Homeberry AI Solutions Ltd, trading as Sorted, is registered in England — Companies House no. 16797161 — and based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. We help Indian families across the whole UK with the paperwork that connects their two countries: OCI cards, Indian passport renewals, visas, surrender certificates, PAN cards, police clearance certificates, Form I birth registration for UK-born babies, attestation and more — 14 services in all, handled end-to-end on WhatsApp (+44 7352 674636).

We are a young company and we don't hide it — incorporated on 20 October 2025, verifiable on the official Companies House register in ten seconds. What a founding date doesn't tell you is the work. So here is the work.

How every application is done: AI + 3-layer human review

Most agencies make you choose between fast (software) and careful (a human who checks). We refused the choice. Every single application goes through both:

1. AI-assisted preparation. Your forms are completed and validated automatically against the current requirements of the exact government portal they're going to — indiancitizenshiponline.nic.in, ociservices.gov.in, Passport Seva, VFS. Photo specifications, field formats, document lists: checked by machine, at machine speed. This is why most applications are ready within 12 hours, not days.
2. 3-layer manual review. Before anything is submitted, a human expert checks your application three separate times. The Indian consular ecosystem — VFS Global, the High Commission — is analog, rigid and unforgiving of small errors. Software alone doesn't catch a surname transliterated two ways or a signature that will fail at the counter; a person on their third pass does. This triple-check is what keeps our submissions error-free.
3. A human on WhatsApp throughout. You deal with a person, not a portal. Status updates, questions, and your appointment-day pack all arrive in one WhatsApp thread. If a consular office raises a query, a human handles the resubmission at no extra cost.

We know the consular system on the ground

Applications don't end at a portal — they end at a counter. We publish free, address-verified visitor guides for the VFS Indian consular application centres our clients actually attend: London (Goswell Road EC1V and Hounslow TW4), Birmingham (Smethwick B67), Leicester and Wembley & North-West London — which centre to book, what to carry, in what order. That knowledge is in every appointment pack we send.

What we don't do — on purpose

Honesty is cheaper than a rejected application. Homeberry prepares documents and consular applications. We do not provide legal representation in Indian courts, property-dispute or inheritance litigation, title searches, or contested Power of Attorney matters. If your situation needs a lawyer in India, we'll say so and you should engage a licensed Indian advocate. Our narrow focus is exactly why the document work is fast, error-free and affordable.
