Sorted — trade services

Your brand. Our machine.

You keep the client and the relationship. We prepare the application behind you, at a fixed fee per job.

This page is for agencies and consultants who already handle Indian consular work by hand: the portals, the retyping, the photo resizing, the checking and rechecking before someone travels to a VFS appointment. It is slow, it does not scale, and one mistyped field sends the application back and costs you the relationship.

We do that part. Under your name, invisibly.

How it works

  1. You send the documents

Your client deals with you, as they always have. You pass us what they gave you, however you prefer to send it.

  2. We prepare and check the application

Our pipeline completes the government portal forms, resizes photographs to specification and assembles the upload set. Every application is prepared with AI assistance and then checked by a human expert — three separate passes — before it comes back to you. That is the same process the consumer side of the business runs on and publishes.

  3. You review and submit under your name

Nothing is submitted by us. You get the completed application to check and submit yourself, so the last decision and the client-facing relationship stay entirely yours. Your client never hears our name.

Why route it to us

Performance — measured, or not stated

We do not put a turnaround claim on this page that we cannot show you the working for. Processing times — days from submission to outcome — will be published from completed applications once enough sit behind a figure, per service, with the sample size printed beside every figure and the method written out in full.

If that reads as a missing sales point, it is a deliberate one. You are being asked to put your own client relationships behind our work; a number invented to look good on this page would be found out on the second job, and would deserve to be.

Published figures, where any exist, load here…

Commercials

A fixed fee per job, with volume pricing on application. Government and VFS fees are paid directly to the government and to VFS — they are never ours and we do not mark them up.

Loading rate card…

Volume tiers

Tier thresholds and rates are set case by case and are not published here. Tell us the rough monthly volume you handle and which services, and you will get a rate card back — a real one, not a range.

Talk to us

One message is enough to start. Say what you handle, roughly how much of it, and which services — we will come back with the rate card and how the handover would work.

The things partners ask first

Does our client ever see your name?
No. We are back office. Nothing that reaches your client carries our branding, and we do not contact them.
Who submits the application?
You do. We prepare and check; the submission and the client relationship stay with you. That is deliberate — it keeps the accountability where the relationship is.
What happens to the documents you send us?
They are used to prepare the application and nothing else. They are not published, not shared, and not used to contact your clients. Our public data publication carries aggregate counts and day-figures only — there is no field in it that a name or a document could occupy.
What if an application is rejected?
If it is rejected because of something we filled or prepared, we redo it free. That covers our work — not a government decision, and not a fact that was supplied to us incorrectly. Stated that way because a guarantee that pretends to cover the government is not a guarantee, it is a sales line.
Can you advise our clients on UK immigration matters?
No, and we will not be drawn into it. If your client asks, this is the line we give them, word for word, every time — and it is the whole of what we say: Whether your child should apply for British citizenship or a British passport is a question for a regulated immigration adviser — we can't advise on that. We handle the Indian documents whichever way you decide. Advising on UK immigration is regulated and we are not regulated to do it. That boundary protects you as much as us: it is your client relationship that would carry the consequence.
